Qurat ul Ain, President Faisalabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry, has been appointed as Senator at the Grand Assembly of the World Business Angels Investment Forum. Senator Ain will represent Pakistan in the Global Woman Leaders Committee of the Grand Assembly.

Qurrat ul Ain was pivotal in establishing ITHM in Faisalabad in 2004. Given the growth potential of the tourism and hospitality (TH) sector, Ms.Qurrat ul Ain aimed to enable the poor and marginalized youth specially women to access training in trades that will lead to promising income earning opportunities. Ms.Qurrat ul Ain is well recognized in the tourism and hospitality sector of Pakistan.  She is leading the Committees on Tourism, Hospitality and technical education of the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  Ms.Qurrat ul Ain is also on the District Boards of the two leading provincial public sector skill provider organizations. Currently, Ms.Qurrat ul Ain is supporting the federal government’s efforts to strengthen public-private collaboration in the Tourism & Hospitality sector. She’s currently nominated & selected as Vice President Hospitality Sector Skill Council in Pakistan. She has been elected as National Representative of Pakistan at Association of European Hotel & Tourism Schools (AEHT). Additionally ITHM is the pioneer Hospitality institute in Pakistan to sign an MOU with Australian Educational Establishment (Melbourne Polytechnic) in 2013. Ms.Qurrat ul Ain is a recipient of the Australia Awards for strengthening TVET education in Pakistan from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She has a post-graduate degree in Information Technology. She’s recipient of President Award for providing excellent services in education sector. She is the Pioneer Pakistani who received the Award of Excellence during WFCP (The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics) Congress 2018 in Melbourne in recognition of her commitment & services in the field of professional & Technical education and a great commitment to the students. She is working very closely with GIZ TVET Sector support program for training of the Master Trainers in collaboration with Melbourne Polytechnic Australia. Recently 110 Master Trainers has been trained from all-over Pakistan as ITAC Master Trainers. She is working currently as President Faisalabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Additionally she’s working closely with USAID, World Bank through ORIC department of UAF for mentoring & development of start-ups & young women entrepreneurs. She’s also a brand ambassador for GC women university Faisalabad.
